Hyung Yun – Escamillo Korean baritone Hyung Yun has established himself as a leading performer at the nation’s top opera houses. He debuted at the Metropolitan Opera as Silvio in Pagliacci, followed by performances as Valentin in Faust and Lescaut in Manon with Renee Fleming. Recent engagements include Marcello in La Boheme with Tulsa Opera , LA Opera, and Washington National Opera; Lescaut in Manon at LA Opera with Rolando Villazon and Anna Netrebko; Angelotti in Tosca with LA Opera; Valentin in Faust with Palm Beach Opera; and Ping in Turandot with Sante Fe Opera. Yun is a former member of the prestigious Domingo-Cafitz Young Artist Program at Washington National Opera. He recently earned rave reviews as Valentin in Faust with Madison Opera.
