Subscriptions to the 2025/26 season are now closed. We hope you will join us via single tickets to Everlasting Faint and Così fan tutte. Subscriptions to the 2026/27 season will go on sale in May 2026.

Single Tickets
Single tickets to the individual operas in our 2025/26 season are now on sale through the Overture Center Box Office. You can call their box office at 608-258-4141, stop by in person (for the lowest fees), or purchase online below.
Benefits of Being a Subscriber
Discounts
Subscribers save up to 15% over regular ticket prices, as well as saving an additional 15% compared to buying tickets through the Overture Center Box Office. Subscribers also receive free or reduced admission to Opera Up Close.
Free Exchanges
Subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same opera for no cost, up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. (Note: While we will attempt to exchange your tickets to a similar location, we cannot guarantee the same seats.)
Priority Seating
Subscribers receive first choice of seats; non-subscription tickets do not go on sale until September.
Renewable Seats
Subscribers can renew their same seats for the following year and are first in line to move to better seats.
Lost Ticket Insurance
Lost your tickets? Simply contact Madison Opera and we will issue replacements for free.
TICKET POLICIES
All casts subject to change.
Subscribers may exchange their tickets to an alternate performance of the same opera up to 48 hours in advance through the Madison Opera ticket office, subject to availability. Tickets may also be donated back to Madison Opera for a tax-deduction, up to 24 hours in advance, for which you will receive a receipt from the Opera.
We offer a flexible refund policy for theater tickets, due to public health conditions. Refunds are available for cancelled performances, or if a patron believes their attendance may endanger their health and safety or that of the community, and notifies the Overture Center for the Arts box office any time prior to the performance. Refunds may take up to one week to process.

Madison Opera offers discounts for groups of all sizes, from ten on up, in every seating level. For information, please email us or call 608.238.8085.
Student Rush
Student Rush
Subject to availability, Madison Opera offers Student Rush for each performance. Student Rush tickets are $20 each for the best available seat and must be purchased in person at the Overture Center Box office beginning at 11 am on the Friday morning of each production’s run. A valid student ID must be presented; a maximum of 2 tickets may be purchased per ID.

Madison Opera is pleased to support our community through donations of tickets, and we do so to the best of our ability, subject to availability. Priority is given to arts groups and to non-profits connected with our trustees, donors, and artists.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are the perfect present for any opera lover. They are available for any amount and offer the recipient ultimate flexibility. They may be redeemed for tickets through Madison Opera for any Madison Opera performance.
