A blood-stained knife.
A love triangle that isn’t really a triangle.
And an adorable golden sheep.
Welcome to our 2023/24 season, which showcases the range of opera, with works spanning two centuries, three languages, and vastly different plots.
Tosca is pure musical drama, with a fast-paced story, a soprano and tenor in peril, and split-second decisions that have fatal consequences.
The Anonymous Lover is a charming comedy by a celebrated 18th-century composer whose work has been unjustly neglected until recently.
Candide is a glorious combination of tragedy, comedy, and impossible situations that result in a sublime whole.
Thank you for joining us as we revel in the joys of shared theatrical and musical experiences. While subscriptions for the 2023/24 season are now closed, the 2024/25 season will go on sale in May 2024.
